This listing may include your name, location, professional background, contact information, and a summary of modules you have completed with us.
4.7. Inclusion in either the NJB referral database or the Hypermobility Project directory is entirely voluntary. You may opt in or out during course registration or by contacting us at any time. You may also request updates or corrections to your listing.
4.8. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Upon withdrawal, we will remove your data from the NJB referral system and/or the public directory within a reasonable time frame.
4.9. The directory is publicly accessible. Please consider your privacy preferences carefully before opting in.
4.10. We will take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of your listing, but you are responsible for keeping your information up to date.
